About the role

- In this role, you will be responsible for leading rating agency haircut calls, reviewing agency feedback both at loan and pool levels, and generally be across the agency execution front for loans in closing.
- The candidate will be working closely with the Primary Trading Desk, as well as the Head of Conduit Underwriting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of commercial real estate rating agency, lending, underwriting, or credit experience.
- Experience in reviewing underwriting and credit for all property types across commercial real estate through an Agency, bank, life company, debt fund, or CMBS platform.
- Experience in analyzing and modeling agency feedback at both a loan and pool level for conduit, as well as large loan feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex transactions and make thoughtful approaches to rating agency treatment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel®, Word®.
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
