About the role
- They greet guests at the door, reset tables with urgency, back up servers and bartenders through the rush, and keep the dining room sharp from open to close.
- They show up as a MadTree ambassador who lives Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck every shift.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- You'll work alongside hospitality professionals who genuinely support each other, and celebrate wins together across our stunning.
- The Utility role is the connective tissue of our front-of-house - moving between hosting, bussing, food running, and service support to keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for whatever the shift brings.
- Driven to craft great beer - but more importantly - build a business dedicated to doing good, MadTree protects and celebrates nature while reducing impact on the environment.

Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities satisfactorily.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Nice to have
- 1+ year host experience preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant is strongly preferred.
