Our property team members help our buildings thrive by focusing on execution and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests.

Own the overall performance, coordination, and accountability of maintenance operations across your assigned portfolio, ensuring timely response, quality repairs, and exceptional service for residents.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with property management companies, engineering teams, vendors, and operational partners across multiple communities.
Partner closely with Housing Coordinators and the Housing Program Manager to support Resident Ready timelines and minimize delays to resident arrivals.
Conduct regular site visits to build relationships, review maintenance performance, and verify quality of completed work.
Partner with Resident Experience, Housekeeping, and Property Leadership to communicate maintenance priorities and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Maintain accurate maintenance reporting, work order tracking, operational documentation, and compliance records.
Support emergency response efforts and operational incidents requiring maintenance coordination.
Provide hands-on operational support wherever needed, recognizing that great leadership means supporting your team when it matters most.
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence teams without direct reporting authority.
A valid, unrevoked driver's license for the ability to drive to and from Placemakr daily as needed.

As an integral member of the leadership team responsible for the timely resolution of maintenance issues, you will be required to work rotational on-call shifts as determined by management and the needs of the business.
