About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of restoration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Enforce compliance with safety, building codes, and industry standards.
- Direct and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable to quality and performance metrics.
- Build trust with clients and business partners through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable.
- You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships with a focus on measurable results.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management.
- This role requires strong operational leadership, structured decision-making, and the ability to execute projects with precision and accountability.
- Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of fire/water restoration is a plus.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($70,000-$80,000) + uncapped commission on completed projects (additional $10,000-$20,000) Company-provided vehicle, phone, and computer.
