About the role

This position is primarily responsible in assisting with the collection of the late-stage collections debtors ledger.
The purpose of this position is to maximise recovery rates against existing doubtful and written off debts by utilising and measuring effectiveness of a suite of debt recovery tools, strategies and external agencies.
This role requires the incumbent to remain flexible within a very busy and high-pressure environment.

Analyse legal costs, debtors' assets & liabilities to assess prospect of recoverability versus loss in order to maintain appropriate financial ratios and commercial outcomes.
Manage the payment of legal costs and on charge to Member accounts.
Organise, manage repossessions of equipment and discharge of security.
