About the role

  • You will shape how millions of users first experience CarGurus, leveraging personalization to guide consumers and ensure they find the perfect vehicle.
  • This role is ideal for a growth-minded product manager who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and experimentation, and who enjoys owning highly visible, high-impact surfaces with clear success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing to launch features that balance shopper trust, brand integrity, and business outcomes
  • Lead experimentation and iteration across, using A/B and multivariate testing, behavioral data, and funnel analysis to drive measurable gains in lead volume and quality
  • Elevate the consumer journey from acquisition to lead submission while driving value for the user
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing teams, around a shared roadmap and outcomes
  • Exposure to GenAI-powered consumer experiences, decision support tools, or personalization systems
