About the role

  • We use tools like LangChain and work across NLP, LLMs, and applied ML.
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy ML models from prototype to production
  • Own the full lifecycle of ML projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable systems
  • Working alongside engineers, designers, and product teams, you'll build models, pipelines, and infrastructure that bring ideas to life at scale.
  • You will engage directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined work packages, drive execution, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • In this senior-level role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking end-to-end ownership of complex AI initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Have 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering (required)
  • Are confident engaging with non-technical business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and converting them into technical plans
  • Have strong Python skills (required)
  • a second coding language is a plus
  • Have deep experience with ML algorithms and model development
  • Hold a BS in CS or a related field in AI Engineering
  • Have proven experience deploying LLM-based applications using API calls to frontier models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) (required)
  • Are familiar with the Palantir platform (AIP, Foundry, or Ontology) (desirable)
