About the role
- As an Analyst, Renewable Development with Invenergy, you support our Renewable Development Department in several key functions of the company.
Responsibilities
- Create documents and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements.
- Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements.
- Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast-paced and growing organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/ Utilities Industry.
- Familiarity with renewable project development, real estate development, transmission OR power project engineering with a desire to learn more.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.
- Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.
Compensation
- $60,000.00 - $77,000.00 USD Annual
- The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
- Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
- In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
