About the role
- This is a hybrid role: half operational problem-solving across real business domains, half writing code to automate, streamline, and eliminate manual work.
- You'll be the person who sees a manual, error-prone process and turns it into a reliable, automated system.
- This role requires someone who is equally comfortable digging into equity administration or international entity formation as they are writing a Python script or shipping an internal tool.
Responsibilities
- You own problems completely, from understanding requirements through execution and follow-through.
- You see a problem, you own it end-to-end, and you drive it to completion.
- You're comfortable operating with ambiguity and building systems from scratch.
- You're hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and maintain high quality even when moving fast, whether you're writing code or drafting a compliance filing.
- You build trust easily with employees, vendors, and external partners.
