About the role

Work with customers and PDC team members to help determine project feasibility, scope, and duration.
Solicit for subcontractor bids by submitting digital ITBs (iSqFt or other).
Evaluate subcontractor proposals and scopes of work.

Create and maintain a full bid schedule by working with PDC team members as needed to source leads and determine which leads to pursue.
Thoroughly understand all project documents and submit RFIs to owners, architects, or engineers as needed.
Perform accurate and organized quantity takeoffs digitally (Plan Swift or other).
Build comprehensive and accurate estimates in software (B2W or other).

Experience in producing accurate Commercial General Contractor estimates (3+ years) for projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million
Actively participate in project pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-bid interviews as required.
Prepare and submit bid or proposal documents as required within due dates.
Excellent written and verbal skills
High proficiency in general software use, Microsoft Office, and estimation software applications such as iSqFt, B2W, Plan Swift, or others (specific training can be provided and/or other software adopted to fit experience)
Ability to successfully manage multiple estimates and due dates
Personality that is detailed-oriented, organized, and manages time well
Have a natural enthusiasm to work hard and produce excellent work

Solid understanding of commercial construction processes and CSI trade divisions (field experience is a plus)
