Responsibilities
- Manage intervention priorities in collaboration with production.
- Train new employees and support the development of team skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience managing an industrial maintenance department, ideally in a unionized environment (asset)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods (asset)
- Ensure the availability of required parts, tools, and equipment.
