Responsibilities

  • Our practice support and technology is unmatched, enabling you to focus on what you do best--being a doctor, while we take care of the administrative burdens.
  • Lead the neurologic care team which may include staff members and advanced practice providers

Requirements

  • Completed a three-year residency in a US ACGME accredited neurology program
  • Successful completion of the USMLE
  • One- or two-year neurology fellowship in multiple sclerosis
  • ABPN Board-certified neurologist (will consider Board-eligible if less than two years since residency/fellowship training completed).
  • Current medical license and eligible to obtain Utah medical license.
  • Current federal DEA license
