About the role
- KPF, a global architecture firm headquartered in New York City, is hiring a Marketing/ New Business Coordinator.
- This position will report to the Head of Marketing.
- The Marketing/ New Business Coordinator will focus on producing proposals, new business presentations, working directly with leaders firms.
Nice to have
- Write and edit marketing content, including staff CVs, project descriptions, and proposal text
- Coordinate and produce award submissions
- Assist in maintaining and organizing written and visual marketing content databases
- A degree in architecture, urban planning, or design is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Compensation
- $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annual
