About the role

This includes, but is not limited to, equipment such as Bleimeister, El Dorado, and CCU.
This position reports to Chris Veath, the Maintenance Manager based at our Lonoke facility.
As the ARC Plant Operator, you will have an opportunity to: - Always work in a safe and orderly manner.

Demonstrated ability to perform assigned responsibilities under minimal supervision.
Must possess basic computer skills sufficient to navigate menus and fill in basic forms, open and print,and edit documents.

They are required to follow both oral and written instructions, wear the necessary protective equipment, and comply with all plant safety rules and regulations.
Assist Project, Process, and R&D Engineers in developing and troubleshooting new and revised products and processes as required.
Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with the same or similar manufacturing equipment and tasks as those in place in the assigned work area(s)
Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator.
Record pertinent process information as required.

Hourly Rate: $27.34 - $33.16
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
