As a Vacation Rental Advisor (Inside Sales Rep), you play a key role in accelerating our rapidly growing business by helping homeowners evaluate our services and commit to a fruitful partnership, managing their.
Our base pay is $55,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week ($26.44/hr).

Qualify a pipeline of highly qualified marketing-generated leads
Guide homeowners towards choosing Evolve and manage an active sales pipeline
Manage sales activities within our CRM platform (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Tool (Salesloft)
Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies and elevate performance
Able to effectively manage a sales pipeline and drive lead conversion
Able to effectively manage time and determine priorities

3+ years of inside sales experience required
Must be available to work Monday-Friday with flexibility to work Mountain Standard Time Zone

For this role, compensation is based on a base pay plus commission model.
Our base pay is $55,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week ($26.44/hr).
This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission with total on-target earnings of $118,000 annually based on individual performance.
Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington.
