About the role
- Primary Responsibilities - Installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensureappropriate response to operational emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances. - Compliance.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with local (NYC) and national safety codes and regulations. - Inspections.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Experience and expertise.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in live Stage Theatre.
Skills
- Education. A high school diploma equivalent with completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical technology.
- Licensing. Special Electrician License NYC DOB
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
