About the role

  • As Legal & Operations Manager at Linero, you will sit at a unique intersection: part internal legal and operational backbone, part domain expert feeding critical intelligence into the product itself.
  • This is a role for someone with sharp legal instincts, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the policy and regulatory environment shaping frontier technology.
  • Curate and organize regulatory and policy developments relevant to Linero's product and customer base, feeding structured intelligence to the product team

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain internal legal and operational processes that scale as the company grows
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance in coordination with leadership
  • Manage operational workflows and ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • You will help manage Linero's own legal and operational affairs while working closely with the product team to curate and organize the regulatory landscape that underpins what we build.
  • Manage Linero's internal legal affairs: contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and HR compliance
  • The opportunity to build the legal and operational foundation of a company solving critical national security challenges

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or operations role
  • Strong understanding of contract management, vendor agreements, and general corporate legal affairs
  • This role requires access to export-controlled information, as a result, applicants must be U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) as defined under applicable U.S. law

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the regulatory and policy landscape around technology, national security, or related domains is a strong plus
