About the role

  • As a QA Analyst at Cronometer, you will play a key role in ensuring our web and mobile features ship reliably and meet a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, data issues, and usability gaps.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test notes, and concise release verification summaries.
  • Partner with Customer Support to translate user reports into technical investigations.
  • Validate fixes end-to-end and support post-release verification as needed.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Design, Customer Support, and Engineering to keep work on track and user-focused.

  • Strong logical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills-you can explain what happened and what should happen next.
  • Strong organizational habits for tracking, prioritizing, and documenting work.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with software testing (manual QA, bug triage, test planning).
  • Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, TestPad, or similar test and defect management systems.

Compensation

  • Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
