About the role
- As a QA Analyst at Cronometer, you will play a key role in ensuring our web and mobile features ship reliably and meet a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, data issues, and usability gaps.
- Create and maintain test plans, test notes, and concise release verification summaries.
- Partner with Customer Support to translate user reports into technical investigations.
- Validate fixes end-to-end and support post-release verification as needed.
- Collaborate daily with Product, Design, Customer Support, and Engineering to keep work on track and user-focused.

- Strong logical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills-you can explain what happened and what should happen next.
- Strong organizational habits for tracking, prioritizing, and documenting work.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with software testing (manual QA, bug triage, test planning).
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, TestPad, or similar test and defect management systems.
Compensation
- Salary $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
