Responsibilities
- Wo rk with the Systems Support Manager on new projects that arise from business needs
- Create documentation that will be utilized in the deployment and maintenance of new technologies and systems throughout the company's infrastructure
- Communicate plans for process improvement to the Systems Support Manager
- Manage vulnerability remediation with strict SLAs
- Maintain an open and fluid communication relationship with the Systems Support Manager
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with other direct team members and the team members of other departments
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management, within the area of responsibility for this position
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration and support
- Advanced knowledge of Linux Server administration and support
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Cloud (AWS and GCP) administration and support
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems with little oversight
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere enterprise solutions, leveraging High Availability and redundancy best practices
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
