- SOSi is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our elite team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities
- Supporting a customer that delivers secure, high‑impact IT solutions to more than 5,000 users across the Pacific theater, this role sits at the center of time‑sensitive, mission‑driven operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Networking, or similar, or 6+ years of experience in network administration.
- Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards including government Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
- Participates in related solution technologies and special projects, as required.
Nice to have
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Relevant IT certifications, particularly related to Cisco and network security (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, ITIL).
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols and procedures.
- Experience with virtual infrastructure, VDI/thin-client, and VoIP deployments.
- Knowledge of Forcepoint, Juniper, and other network technologies.
- Proficient in Help Desk and software applications (Jira, Service Now, Remedy).
- Awareness of Command and Control (C2) applications.
- Experience in ITIL framework and best practices (e.g., Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Capacity Planning)
