About the role
- Toyota Santa Monica is looking for an experienced Toyota Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. We are seeking a Toyota Certified Technician with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience. ASE Certifications are preferred. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, takes pride in
- delivering high-quality workmanship, and is committed to providing exceptional service to every customer.
Responsibilities
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
- Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- Required: A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a dealership setting.
- 18 years or older required
- ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are highly desired.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation
- The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $45.00.
- Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
