- Want to forge your Heavy Duty future in the Power Systems specialty?
- We are taking on apprentices to join our busy team in Red Deer.
- You will work alongside experienced Journeymen and get an introduction on engine rebuilds and generator packages among other projects.
Requirements
- Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
- You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
- Willing to work towards Heavy Equipment Technician Certification.
- Successfully meet Finning's educational and testing prerequisites.
- Completion of grade 12 (not including a general equivalent diploma)
- Meet the requirements of article 5.02 of the Alberta Collective Agreement
- Highly motivated and mechanically inclined
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Previous Caterpillar experience and basic computer skills
