Responsibilities
- Performs welding and/or fitting, set-up, and layout of raw and formed metal in the creation of metal products
- Performs general basic maintenance on equipment and workstation ensuring a clean, safe and orderly work environment
- Performs basic use of grinders, bevellers, torches, and other standard welding equipment
- Support our lean manufacturing process with 5S
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Welding Certificate or 3 or more years' welding experience
- Prior TIG Welding required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Dependability a must
- Blueprint and Schematic Reading required
