Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of outreach and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
- Experience with students from diverse backgrounds

- Some evening and weekend work is required.
- The Program Coordinator reports to the IBH Associate Director.
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 10 Lbs.
- Two years of experience working with students in a role related to student retention, student advising, and/student programming
- Background in advising, student programming, and/or program administration
Skills

- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
