Nice to have

Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Home Inspector. ( required to apply)
Minimum of two years construction or a related field experience preferred.
Must have Valid Drivers License
Option of either a 5 day or 6 day work week.
Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.
Plus so much more!!
The inspector works in a residential and commercial work-site environment
frequent exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards is required.

Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of home inspection procedures and more.
Basic skill in computers, apps and office equipment.
Customer service skills.

Compensation

1595 on its annual Inc.

Benefits

10 days of Paid Vacation or 30 days of unpaid Vacation available after 90 days.
