- This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own the development & creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Create adaptable designs that provide optimal user experiences across a variety of devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback.
- Regularly review site & consumer data to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems & processes, ensuring consistency in application & evolution.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
Nice to have
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a huge plus.
Compensation
- Salary (for New York only): Up to $120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
- This reflects the base salary for this position.
