Responsibilities
- Act as a system administrator for our HRIS and CultureAmp, including data entry, audits, updates, survey and reporting support (headcount, compliance, ad hoc), and validation to ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot basic user issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide support for people programs and firmwide initiatives, including employee recognition, employee support, holidays, and special events.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative operations.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

- We are a trusted in-home care partner working with senior care clients and caregivers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and we're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Walnut Creek team!
- You will work closely with the HR Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on compliance, data accuracy, and employee support.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
- 1 year of Experience with an HRIS
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with hourly workforces
Compensation
- $31k-$36k

- Manage offboarding logistics, including system updates, removing access, final pay coordination, benefits termination and final paperwork.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests (pay stubs, W-2s, password resets, benefits, employment verifications, and similar).
- Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and operations teams as needed.
