About the role
- As a Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Dexterity, you will design, build, and automate the infrastructure that powers Dexterity's development and production robotics systems. You'll own critical areas of our bare-metal and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, compute, networking, Kubernetes, observability, security, and lifecycle management.
- You'll work across Infrastructure, Software, Robotics, and other engineering teams to build secure, scalable, highly available systems while eliminating manual operational work through automation. This is a hands-on Staff-level role for an engineer who can set technical direction, solve complex infrastructure problems, and build systems that scale as Dexterity grows.
