- It requires the application of extensive HR experience and subject‑matter expertise to address complex issues and make decisions that may impact employees, clients, budgets, policies, procedures, work practices, and compliance programs.
- The position carries fiduciary accountability for related budgets and may serve as the primary leader for a designated HR discipline on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner, guiding the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Partner closely with operational leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead staffing and talent initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a qualified workforce.
- Approve HR documentation and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Represent the company at industry meetings and maintain knowledge of HR trends and regulatory requirements.
- Manage HR staff and foster employee development and performance.
- Analyze complex issues, recommend solutions, and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure full compliance with Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements and partner with legal/operations to mitigate related risks.
- Travel as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with senior business, Finance, and Human Resource leadership teams to assess program affordability and effectiveness
Requirements

- Leverage a strong understanding and appreciation of the company's organizational structure, corporate culture, and business objectives

- Proficiency in standard office software and core HR systems; familiarity with internal databases.

- Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
