About the role

Oversee the complete life span of a roofing project Duties and Responsibilities Arrange for the subcontractor crew to be on site for the appropriate job Order roofing materials Make confirmation calls with customers the day before the scheduled work Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos by following the daily checklist Update the homeowner throughout the installation Update the office staff throughout the installation Ensure the quality of roof installation Perform walkthroughs at the beginning of the job, during installation, and at closing to ensure that standards are met Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion Call in for waste removal Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.
