About the role

Lead a minimum of 3 Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and optimization engagements.
Serve as the Functional Lead for Adaptive Planning workstreams, owning solution design, client communications, and overall delivery.
Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops with finance and business stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting requirements.
Design scalable Adaptive Planning solutions that align with organizational objectives and finance best practices.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, management reports, and KPI reporting solutions.
Collaborate with Workday Financials, HCM, Integrations, Prism Analytics, and technical teams to deliver integrated planning solutions.
Lead testing strategy, defect resolution, deployment planning, end-user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
Financial business process design
Demonstrated success leading Workday Adaptive Planning (Financial Planning) implementations from discovery through post-production support.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required

As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
Base Salary Range is $xxx,xxx to $xxx,xxx plus xx% variable compensation is available for this specific role.
At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.
During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience.

Experience serving as the Functional Lead on at least three end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations within Higher Education and/or Government organizations.
