About the role

You will balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, ensuring architectural solutions align with client needs, budgets, and regulatory constraints.
You should be equally comfortable managing processes and motivating people, navigating both the administrative and human dimensions of project delivery.
The ability to engage constructively, guide conversations with intention, and mentor others while seeing the bigger picture, guiding the team toward milestone completion on time and on budget, is key.

Lead client-focused project teams through all phases, from concept through construction closeout
Manage scope, schedule, and budget throughout the life of a project
Anticipate project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Maintain awareness of client expectations, industry best practices, and quality standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback for project team members
Bring curiosity and accountability to everything-from design meetings to project administration
Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead conversations and resolve issues collaboratively

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
7-12 years of experience managing design-related projects, including coordination with consultants and contractors
Strong working knowledge of project delivery methods, regulatory processes, fee structures, and construction phases
Proficiency in project management and architectural tools such as Deltek, Revit, MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam
