About the role
- itD is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM & Operations to support the execution and operational management of advertising partner programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing operational workflows, and supporting issue resolution across the partner
- The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales or partner operations and a track record of supporting complex program execution, managing stakeholder communications, and contributing to data-driven operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of advertising partner investment and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with GTM timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to support program execution and readiness
- Manage inbound ticketing partner incentive requests and escalations from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new features
- Develop and maintain program documentation, reporting, and collateral to support internal alignment and external partner communications
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to automation and system enhancement efforts
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations within a technology environment
