Responsibilities
- Adjust and maintain HVAC systems to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
- Manage chemical treatment and testing for heating and cooling systems; report anomalies.
- Maintain accurate logs and records including meter readings, maintenance forms, service requests, and inventory reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all MEP systems and mechanical areas.
Requirements
- Ability to grasp and handle tools, materials, and equipment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- POSITION QUAFLIFICATIONS Intermediate knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

- ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, management, and internal departments (e.g., Security, Food & Beverage, Entertainment).
- Prioritize tasks and communicate updates to the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, including commercial kitchen and residential equipment.
