This role ensures high service standards by responding to maintenance requests promptly and overseeing external vendors.
Professional, courteous interaction with residents, guests, and team members is essential.
ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, management, and internal departments (e.g., Security, Food & Beverage, Entertainment).

Adjust and maintain HVAC systems to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
Manage chemical treatment and testing for heating and cooling systems; report anomalies.
Maintain accurate logs and records including meter readings, maintenance forms, service requests, and inventory reports.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all MEP systems and mechanical areas.

POSITION SUMMARY The Residential Building Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, MEP, and related infrastructure in a residential environment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural systems.

POSITION QUAFLIFICATIONS Intermediate knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and utility meters.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to use work order management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems.
One Must be available to participate in a rotational on-call schedule for urgent building or system-related issues during off-shift hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach in multiple directions.

EPA Universal 608 Certification (preferred) WORK ENVIORMENT The schedule for this specific role with our Engineering Team is Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
