BigPanda is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team.
You will serve as a senior technical advisor and hands-on architect, guiding customers through complex AIOps initiatives and helping them modernize incident management and service operations.
We're looking for someone who brings deep enterprise delivery experience, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $195,500 - $230,000.
We run two (2) compensation review cycles per year to ensure that managers can recognize employees without much lag between achievement and reward.
