Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs Diagnose, perform, and bill for all approved repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Preventive Maintenance Perform visual safety inspections at each visit (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, bulbs, HVAC filters).
