About the role

  • The Strategic Accounts team is responsible for helping Connecteam win the industries, brands, and partnerships that will define our next stage of growth.
  • This role combines the best of two worlds.
  • The majority of your time will be spent generating new business through outbound prospecting, primarily cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting. Build qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and thoughtful account research.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Business Development Representative at a SaaS company.. must.
  • Proven success generating meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Track record of beating quotas in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation

  • Salary / OTE expectations - 70k base, 90k OTE
