About the role
- The Youth & Family Manager will take primary ownership of LSQ's youth discipleship (6th-12th grade), while also contributing meaningfully to children's ministry and family engagement.
- While interviewers may record and transcribe interviews using AI tools, we do not utilize AI to evaluate or analyze interview videos.

- Youth Ministry (6th-12th grade) - 60% Children's Ministry (Infant-5th grade) - 20% Family Engagement - 20% JOB DESCRIPTION YOUTH MINISTRY - 6th-12th Grade (60%) The Youth & Family Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and lead for LSQ's youth discipleship ministry, working in close collaboration with the LSQ Director of Family Ministries.
