About the role
- We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with a solid command of Google Cloud Platform to help build and operate the infrastructure that powers Stylitics.
- This is a hands-on role on a small infrastructure team: you will implement, automate, and maintain our GCP environment, working from architecture and standards set alongside senior engineers, and grow your scope over time as you take on more of the platform.
- You will partner with engineering, security, and finance to keep our platform scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Support the GCP migration by executing migration tasks and moving workloads under an agreed target architecture.
- Implement, maintain, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, following established modules and patterns.
- Monitor cloud cost, surface anomalies, and help implement optimizations across compute, data, and AI services.
- Help implement infrastructure security and governance controls, including IAM and least-privilege access.
- Support cloud networking configuration (VPCs, subnets, DNS, and load balancing).
- Write clear documentation and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related engineering role.
Compensation
- The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000 - $160,000.
- The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package.
