About the role
- We are looking for a proven A-player in Painting Sales, someone who consistently drives $100K+ in monthly project volume and is ready for the next challenge.
- This is more than a sales job.
- Be among the first movers, with a clear path to Sales Manager, Regional Manager, or even Managing Partner.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients from exclusive inbound leads.
- Manage the full project cycle: sales → estimate → crew management → client satisfaction.
- Build, manage, and expand your own painting crew(s).
- It's a chance to: Build and scale a new nationwide painting division inside Home Alliance.
- Exclusive inbound leads.
- Back-office support for contracts, payments, and client management.

Requirements
- Proven record of $100K+/month in painting or related project sales.
- 3+ years of in-home/commercial sales experience in painting or home improvement.
- Knowledge of paint products, materials, suppliers, and local sourcing.
Skills
- Present and sell professional interior & exterior painting solutions with strong closing skills.
Compensation
