About the role
- Responsible for transition management, project coordination, and facility readiness for newly constructed and renovated facilities.
- Serves as a representative of the project implementation team for the transition and activation of newly constructed and renovated facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manages all activities related to the planning, coordination and activation processes to ensure facility is able to operate effectively and deliver safe, and high-quality care upon completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or design required.
- 7+ years of facilities design related experience. required.
- Successful proven experience in renovation and facilities planning required.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and facilitate across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local codes and ordinances as well as Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
- Must be able to withstand the physical demands of the position such as walking up to 75% of each workday.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 35 lbs. when moving boxes and other equipment to trucks, dollies, or carts.
- Ability to use fine motor manipulation when using computer accessories.
