Responsibilities
- Performs a full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, administering treatment, and evaluating patient response to care in accordance with the patient's treatment plan
- Performs phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point of care testing in accordance with ERCP policy and laboratory vendor protocols
- Places/maintains nasogastric tubes and administers enteral feeding
- Places/maintains intravenous access and administers intravenous fluids
- Performs wound care
- Communicates and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan for each assigned patient
- Documents and reports to treatment team regarding patient status and progress
- You'll work alongside passionate clinicians, dedicated support staff, and mission-driven leaders who believe in collaboration, growth, and doing the right thing-always.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse License in state position is held (Required)
- Basic Life Support certification (Required)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (Required)
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required)
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (Required)
- be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under the supervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age (Required)
- Weekend availability would be required as RNs rotate weekend shifts
Compensation
- Washington Pay Range
- $43.20 - $52.92 USD

- The Registered Nurse (RN) provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system.
- As a leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care, utilizing sound clinical judgement, in alignment with ERC Pathlight's established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
- Performs initial intake assessment of new patients and discharge reconciliation and education
- Documents all direct patient care, monitoring, and observation in the electronic medical record
- Supervises and delegates care to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses and Behavioral Health Technicians
- Responds to emergency situations until emergency medical services (EMS/911) arrive on scene
- Bonus qualities:
- 1 year+ working with patients in the mental health field (Preferred)
