About the role
- New England Donor Services (NEDS) coordinates organ and tissue donation in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, the eastern counties of Vermont and Bermuda.
- With nearly $150M in operating revenues, NEDS employs 399 clinical and non-clinical staff members throughout New England and across the country.
- New England Donor Services is seeking an experienced ICU RN, Critical Care RN, Trauma Nurse or Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license and insurance (extensive driving throughout New England is required) and have reliable transportation.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years clinical experience/critical care experience and a Bachelor's Degree preferred CPTC Certification a plus
- Ideal candidates lives within an hour of Boston, MA.

Company info
- The New Hire Donation Academy is 3 days/week for first 3 weeks in Waltham office (generally Tuesday through Thursday on a day shift) and additional training in Waltham office throughout orientation program. Once the classroom training is completed, new hires will participate in a mix of 16-hour day and 12-hour night on-call shifts. Average 14 shifts per 4-week schedule + trainings + meetings. Significant travel with personal vehicle throughout all of New England is expected. Mileage and other reimbursements available.
