About the role
- The Kith - Treats Counter Associate is the face of the Kith Treats shop.
- They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first in class experience to all new and returning Kith-Treats customers.
- They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best-in-class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT!
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years in a food/beverage position
- 1+ years in a customer facing position is preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling is preferred
Skills
- Ability to perform business math
- Ability to multi-task
- Efficient communication
- Ability to lift and move 30lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Compensation
- Compensation: $17.00/hr + Commission(s)* & Tip eligibility
