About the role

Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain department processes and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot ad trafficking issues, ensuring campaigns deliver in full and track any abnormalities.
  • Update and maintain an online digital ad informational site that provides technical support and best practices for ad campaign management.
  • Help the Ad Operations team manage workload and support clubs and other Digital Media teams for all issues related to ad serving.
  • Provide technical support to the League's clubs during game days and around League events (i.e., NFL Draft, Combine).
  • Well-organized; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability; highly motivated to drive positive change.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in online advertising.
  • Knowledge of data collection and site analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of sports and digital sports products.
  • Excel as a relationship builder, with the ability to influence

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred.
  • Ad server experience in Google Ad Manager is a plus.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and programs
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Avid interest and knowledge of NFL football
