- Counsellor II - Workplace Support Programs (WSP)
- The programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support an individual's return to healthy productivity.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counselling or Social Work.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate clinical experience;
- Ability to adapt to clinical supervision;
- Ability to use or have knowledge of clinical assessment tools;
- Experience and expertise with mandated clients;
- Basic knowledge of BC community resources and case management skills;
- Registration with Professional College or Association (BCACC, CCC or BCCSW)
- Strongly developed substance use, trauma, mental health assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to assess all types of psycho-social disorders and develop treatment plans
- Able to write clinical reports in a clear and concise manner
- Competency with computer skills, MS office
- Strongly developed documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in person / remotely and also collaborate in a team environment
Compensation
- 58,100.00 - 107,900.00 CAD
- Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.

- Reporting to the WSP team manager, you will be providing in-person and remote counselling services for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs (WSP).
