Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures designed to achieve cost effective, efficient operations.
- Participates in ongoing supervisory skill development and maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical and safety practices.
- Drive a university vehicle.
- Reviews performance of staff and procedures to drive continued improvement.
- Expected to maintain a productive working relationship with faculty, students, staff, contractors and visitors to the university.
Requirements
- Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Valid and current MA State driver's license required.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or GED required.
- BA/BS with technical training preferred.
