About the role
- CRIO (Clinical Research IO) is a health tech company helping pharma, biotech, research sites, and academic research centers streamline regulatory workflows with one system and a single source of clinical data capture.
- Our modules allow sites to capture data electronically in real-time, providing data managers and monitors with enhanced transparency, and enabling remote monitoring by sponsors and CROs.
- CRIO has achieved the attached metrics, all with little to no serious outbound sales or marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios with a strong focus on manual validation of complex features and workflows.
- Own and execute manual regression test suites to ensure stability of existing functionality, with a focus on high-risk and business-critical areas.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear, detailed reproduction steps, severity/priority assessments, and expected vs. actual outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers to drive timely resolution.
- Support release activities by executing pre-release, and post-deployment validation testing to ensure production readiness.
- The ideal candidate also thrives in an Agile environment, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and takes full ownership of validating complex workflows from a user and business perspective.

- Ensure all testing activities and documentation align with regulatory requirements, including data integrity, audit trails, and validation standards in clinical research software.
Skills
- Possess knowledge to navigate data and backend processes using SQL queries, ensuring accurate data flow and system behavior.
Compensation
