Responsibilities
- Work with the Founders: You'll partner directly with our founders to solve the company's biggest problems and help decide what we build next.
- Run the Business: Keep the company moving. Drive planning, execution, and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Know the Numbers: Build the dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that tell us what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
- Build Better Systems: Own Salesforce, improve our internal tools, and use AI and automation to make the company faster, leaner, and more effective.
- Lead Big Projects: Take ownership of the initiatives that matter most, whether that's improving our go-to-market motion, optimizing operations, or traveling to our engineering hub in Warsaw to keep teams aligned.
- Build the Team: Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class Operations team while building the foundation for what we expect to become our future COO organization.
- You've Done This Before: 15+ years helping build and scale high-growth technology companies as a founder, COO, operator, consultant, Chief of Staff, or senior business leader.
- You're Excited About AI: You believe AI will fundamentally change how businesses operate, and you want to help build one of the companies making that happen.
- You'll work directly with our founders, solve the biggest problems in the business, and build the systems that help every team move faster.
- You'll partner directly with our founders to solve the company's biggest problems and help decide what we build next.
Requirements
- You're a Builder: You enjoy creating systems, teams, and processes from scratch more than maintaining someone else's.
- You Can Go Deep: You're as comfortable working inside Salesforce or evaluating new AI tools as you are presenting to a board or leading an executive planning session.
