About the role

  • This role is responsible for maintaining the company's calibration system, supporting metrology activities, operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and ensuring dimensional conformance of manufactured components.
  • Pay Range: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and internal equity.
  • A portfolio of highly engineered power transmission components and subsystems efficiently transmits motion to power industrial applications.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the facility calibration program.
  • Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance of inspection equipment.
  • Manage inventory and status tracking of precision measuring equipment.
  • Perform dimensional inspections using:
  • Support MSA studies and Gage R&R activities.
  • Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, calibration, metrology, inspection, or related technical environments.
  • Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, MODUS, or similar software.
  • Experience with SPC, MSA, and Gage R&R.
  • Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.

Compensation

  • $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and internal equity.
